We loved the convenient location of this hotel in terms of transportation, with several train lines and stations within a short walk. There were also plenty of cafes, convenience stores, and even a free viewing deck nearby. The hotel staff were fantastic, always friendly and flexible with excellent service. The rooms were tidy, clean, and got proper cleaning during the day.

One drawback is language barrier, as staff members may have limited English proficiency, making communication difficult at times.

Great location near train stations, restaurants, and a park with a free viewing deck. the rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff was polite and helpful. Another cool thing was the nearby amusement park where I had a lot of fun.
The rooms were so small it was a challenge to move around. Staff spoke little English, so it was hard to communicate and get some basic information.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. Firstly the location made it very easy to explore the city, with close proximity to several train lines and easy access to Tokyo Dome. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, with all necessary amenities provided.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did find that the staff's limited English proficiency made communication difficult at times. the size of the rooms was smaller than we had expected, which was inconvenient for us as we were traveling with our family.
